The role primarily focuses on:-

•     Manage the travel routes on daily basis
•     Administer the Driver Duties and Responsibilities from time to time
•     Assist the Transport Incharge for managing Driver’s attendance and preparing the Roster for them
•   Training the drivers with the safety rules and regulations and soft skills.
•    Work closely with the Transport Incharge to plan the Bus & Van Routes

Management skills required

•      Should be preferably from the Education or Hospitality, travel industry, however this is not the only criteria
•     Should be well versed with the local places and distances from School.
•      Should be able to work on GPS and if required can give training to the drivers
•      Should be conversant with English, Hindi & Telugu
•      Should be having a Go-Getter attitude

Age: 25 - 40 Years

Experience: 4 - 6 Years of work experience in similar role. Experience in Education Sector is required.

Qualification: MBA in relevant field
