To provide effective, dynamic, and inspirational HR support to SEL and its schools so that they build effective systems and processes. This position ensures HR excellence in our schools by planning, designing, and implementing effective systems and policies. Provide seamless HR support to all the employees at Shri Educare and its owned schools. Support the current HR team and unit heads in driving various HR initiatives & deployment of best practices & projects across all units (including overseas) as per the annual plans.
Purpose of the role:
To lead:
- Seamless HR support to all the employees at SEL and its owned schools
- Effective design and implementation of standard policies and procedures across SEL and its owned schools.
- Support to the reporting manager and unit heads in driving various HR initiatives & deployment of best practices & projects across all units (including overseas) as per the annual plans.
- Provide HR support and guidance to SEL Consultancy schools along with the respective project managers.
The role focuses on:-
Annual HR Plans & Manpower Budgeting:
- As part of the Annual Planning Cycle, to freeze the HR plans in coordination with SEL unit leaders and consulting schools Principals.
- To support reporting manager in preparing and reviewing Annual Plans and budgets.
- Supporting and leading in analyzing cost variances and preparing project feasibilities.
- Supporting reporting manager in analysis and preparation of manpower plan for the business
HR Policies Deployment:
- Implementing policies in consultation with reporting manager for SEL and its consulting schools.
- Introducing new policies for SEL-owned units.
- Updating of SEL policies in order to match the organizational & people's needs.
Statutory Compliance (POSH):
- Ensure ICC compliances either directly or with support from the POSH consultant.
Recruitment:
- Manpower planning with reporting manager & Principal/Center head.
- Manage the selection process.
- Ensuring completion of all the recruitment steps.
- Salary Negotiations, Reference checks & finalization of Offer.
- Ensuring timely joining of the prospects along with the completion of the formalities.
- Maintaining database- Candidate, Consultants.
- Maintaining recruitment trackers.
- Maintenance and updating the content on SEL's Career-Page on a weekly basis.
- Short-listing of profiles on the in-house application tracking portal (ATS).
Onboarding of Internal SEL employees:
- Planning for the induction of every new joinee in Shri Educare
- Leading the review and confirmation process with the appraiser and the appraisee.
Employee Satisfaction Surveys:
- Lead and ensure timely closure of employee engagement surveys in SEL and its consultancy schools.
- Compilation & sharing ESS data with school principal/promoters.
- Action planning of survey along with reporting manager and school Principals.
Training & Development:
- Identifying training needs of employees.
- Organizing & coordinating training.
- Ensuring T & D feedback.
Employee engagement initiatives:
- To create fun and excitement at the workplace by ensuring implementation of various initiatives in SEL & owned units.
- To capture employees' voice and ensure its timely redressal through various interventions.
- To have regular interaction with all employees as per the agreed frequency.
Exit management:
- Ensuring exit process for SEL, TSEY & TSRCC
- Conducting exit interviews along with process heads
- Ensuring full & final settlement of exit cases
- Organizing farewell ceremony
HR Reviews and Collaboration with Leadership Teams:
- Preparing and taking part in monthly HR monthly reviews presentations.
- Part of the ULT (Unit leadership team for TSEY and TSRCC) for streamlining and driving HR initiatives.
- Part of the OLT (Operations Leadership Team) for new projects in Pre-schools.
- Part of monthly cluster meetings.
HR Technology & Projects:
- Playing an active role in all the HR projects for SEL and its schools
- Integrating technology so that manual systems and interventions are minimized.
- Working on project management and task management apps
Age: 25 - 35 Years
Experience: 5 - 10 Years of HR, client management, and coordination experience and open for traveling in India.
Qualification: Graduate, Post Graduate.
Preference: For candidates who are staying in and around Gurugram. The office is located in Sector 50, Nirvana Country, Gurugram.
