The Shri Ram Universal School Pune, is looking for a Marketing Associate. The primary purpose of the role will be to support the school’s branding, admissions outreach, and communication efforts by executing marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing & Content Management
- Manage social media platforms and ensure regular, engaging content.
- Update and maintain the school website with relevant information.
- Assist in executing email campaigns and basic SEO initiatives.
- Create and curate content for posts, newsletters, and digital communication.
2. Admissions Marketing & Outreach
- Support marketing campaigns to drive student admissions.
- Handle and respond to parent inquiries/leads.
- Assist in lead nurturing and conversion activities.
- Coordinate outreach initiatives such as school visits, tie-ups, and promotions.
3. Events & On-Ground Marketing
- Plan and support execution of school events, open houses, and fairs.
- Coordinate logistics, communication, and promotional activities for events.
- Ensure strong on-ground brand visibility and experience.
4. Branding & Coordination
- Develop marketing collaterals (brochures, presentations, etc.).
- Coordinate with external vendors/agencies for design and printing.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all platforms and materials.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports/insights.
Experience Required:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Freshers with relevant internships/projects may also be considered.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification in digital marketing is an added advantage.
Key Skills:

- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with tools like Canva, etc.
