As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary role will be to provide support, answer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls while providing accurate information and assistance to customers.
- Effectively resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Document and follow up on customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide informed solutions.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets related to call handling and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred, but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle high call volumes.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
