About the role:

This new, high profile role has been created to further develop our focus on client engagement and delivery. You will be working with a team to manage stakeholder demands both internally with our consultancy and senior management teams and externally with our ever-expanding portfolio of clients. The role will suit someone, who is commercially savvy, obsessed with best in class client experience and takes a hawk-eyed approach to problem-solving.

Deliverables:

• Workload planning: Review and manage resources to deliver accounts throughout the year balancing client demands and submission deadlines
• Project management: Oversee and drive accounts/deliveries per month
• Results orientated: Report weekly/monthly to senior management on status of deliveries and consulting team
• Business process improvements: Drive continuous improvement in process and procedures with a focus on client engagement.
