We are looking for someone to join our Customer Success department on a full-time basis. This is a great role for someone who is driven by ensuring our clients are happy and that they get the most out of partnering with us. You must be up for getting your hands dirty by:

• Driving our customers' success by working with them to deploy our technology platform to solve their problems
• Supporting the customer lifecycle including onboarding, adoption, success and renewal
• Understanding client requirements and being able to identify additional solutions
• Collaborating with the Customer Success Managers and Account Managers to deliver client satisfaction
• Managing the campaign set-up and working closely with the marketing team to deliver within SLAs

To be successful in this role you’ll need:

· Proven experience as a Customer Success Executive / Account Executive or similar role, preferably within a start-up

· Outstanding attention to detail and very thorough

· Self-Motivated and organised and able to learn and follow processes

· Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

· You will be someone who works well in pressure situations and can prioritise tasks

· You should be adaptable either in your approach to working with clients or colleagues to deliver the best outcomes

· Team and goal-oriented.

· Eager to keep learning about our ever-evolving industry

· Strong administrative skills and ability to learn new software to manage client and project tracking

· Credibility and gravitas with the ability to easily build rapport and establish valuable long-term relationships
