To be successful in this role you’ll need:
· Proven experience as a Customer Success Executive / Account Executive or similar role, preferably within a start-up
· Outstanding attention to detail and very thorough
· Self-Motivated and organised and able to learn and follow processes
· Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
· You will be someone who works well in pressure situations and can prioritise tasks
· You should be adaptable either in your approach to working with clients or colleagues to deliver the best outcomes
· Team and goal-oriented.
· Eager to keep learning about our ever-evolving industry
· Strong administrative skills and ability to learn new software to manage client and project tracking
· Credibility and gravitas with the ability to easily build rapport and establish valuable long-term relationships
