Job Summary:
We are seeking a Head of Marketing to join our business as we drive our growth plans. You will take ownership for driving our global marketing activities, advancing our brand, and defining and managing our lead generation programmes to grow our sales pipeline
Job Description:
- Creating, managing and delivering a brand evolution plan and internal communications strategy
- Generating case studies, press releases and media coverage for new customer wins, and maximising the value of existing customers via case studies and press releases
- Providing marketing support for the Sales leadership team
- Positioning MDS Global positively in the BSS market place, working closely with our Product Managers to ensure correct positioning and messaging to ensure our value propositions are on point and relevant
- Designing and directing global lead generation programs, including telemarketing, online, email, events and webinars, to push our brand and generate the marketing qualified leads MDS Global required to fuel our growth
- Designing and directing an effective lead nurture program to improve conversion rates and accelerate the sales process
- Developing and leading an account-based marketing program to generate opportunities in target accounts
- Providing marketing support for sales activities, which may include prospects, generating marketing information for RFP responses and proposals, and contributing to periodic QBR's
You will have:
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in a progressive marketing role
- At least 2 years’ experience within the telecommunications industry
- A BSS background is preferred, and familiar with the BSB and BSC billing marketplaces
- High proficiency in MS Office, WordPress CMS, HubSpot marketing automation, Salesforce, Google tools (e.g. Analytics, Ads), and other marketing platforms and technologies
