We are looking for a full time Commercial Account Manager.
About the role:
Fantastic opportunity for someone with some Account Management or Relationship Management experience.
Would also suit someone with technical knowledge and experience of the telecommunications industry, that is looking to use this knowledge in an Account Management setting.
This is an entry level position, so learning and development within the role is required.
The successful candidate will work with the Client Management team to build the required knowledge and skillset to successfully manage their own set of new and existing clients.
The role requires occasional travel to client sites as well as time spent in the Stevenage office and working from home.
Salary between £24K and £27K with a £500 per month car allowance and potential to earn sales commission.
Key responsibilities:
· Account Management of existing and new clients.
· Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders both internally and with your clients.
· Act as the communication between organisation and the client.
· Ensure Invoicing and Billing is fully representative of contractual terms.
· Oversee the introduction of Additional Skills and Services into your clients.
· Own Account Review meetings both internally and with your client.
· Build an intimate knowledge of clients’ services and the SLA’s and KPI’s associated.
Some experience of the below would be beneficial:
· Knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
· Good communication skills.
· Familiar with Microsoft Office.
· Knowledge of how to analyse data for performance trends.
