Administrative Assistant in Miami Needed

 

Sparkling Bins is looking for an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. 

 

Our trash bin washing business concept is quickly growing and blowing up our sales Nationwide. We are in need of a dynamic operations assistant manager that wants to help grow, shape, organize, and expand our sales strategies and be at the forefront of a quickly growing business in Miami, Florida. 

 

This particular position requires a driven individual with a go-getter attitude. The Administrative Assistant will become the point person for our customers, along with our finance and management teams.

 

This position will be expected to lead all discussions and orders from 3rd party providers to ensure our team is prepared for each and every job. This job will work closely with Sparkling Bins' founder, the Sales Team, and the Manufacturing staff. The Administrative Assistant will facilitate the team’s activities with excellent communication and delegating tasks accordingly to maximize company performance and meet all deadlines. Organization, diligent reporting, and clear communication are a must.

 

 

This Position Includes:

 

  1. Full-time employment with base salary and benefits
  2. Excellent earning potential with commission and bonuses
  3. Paid vacation and personal time after 6 months of employment

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Communicating with clients or employers about projects, expectations, and goals.
  • Collaborating with clients or employers, finance teams, and other team members.
  • Delegating tasks to appropriate team members.
  • Managing deadlines and progress across the team to ensure the project is delivered on time.
  • Organizing 3rd party providers and vendors to deliver elements that cannot be produced in-house.
  • Monitor the company's progress, identify shortcomings, and have a keen eye for opportunities
  • Collecting and analyzing feedback from customers and other project users to gauge satisfaction and success.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Overseeing any necessary adjustments and the efficiency of the sales team.
  • Ensure adherence to laws and policies
