Administrative Manager Responsibilities:
- Supervising day-to-day operations of the Lab with regards to the administrative department and staff members.
- Coordinating with members of various departments such as Helpdesk , IT, Purchase, HR, Accounts to plan and implement lab policies to improve lab services
- Coordinate with Lab clients to resolve their queries/issues and to provide then with high quality lab services
- Coordinating with Helpdesk staff to manage/de-escalate patient complaints or grievances regarding reports and services rendered
- Provide feedback to Upper management regarding areas requiring improvement and possible solutions for the same
- Hiring, training, and evaluating employees, taking corrective action when necessary In conjunction with the HR manager
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained by coordinating with the Purchase and Quality departments
- Working with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and processing payroll and other expenses.
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events offline and online, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, webinars and training sessions.
- Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems including new client MOUs and calculation of relevant discount structures
- Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
