- Focus on increasing Corporate Sales for SRL Dr. Avinash Phadke Labs
- Identify and approach various sectors that require pathology services for business operations as well as for employee welfare
- Manage lead generation to lead conversion to generate revenue
- Ensure client onboarding as per the standard procedures
- Cross sell and up-sell services to existing clients to maximize revenue per client
- Create monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans
- Regular and detailed reporting of client meetings and closures, progress as per plans
- Gather market and competitor research and share valuable insights for business growth
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Graduate in any field
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in corporate sales is required
- Experience in healthcare is mandatory
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English is required
- Proactive and ability to work and identify revenue opportunities independently
