Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. One should be able to manage incoming calls of the patients and answer their inquiries about the reports, services provided by us, etc.
Responsibilities and Duties
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
