The sales coordinator’s responsibilities include Supporting Sales team by collaborating with other departments in the organization and help in resolving their queries.
Preparation of documents for Client code creation in the system and ensuring the code is generated in time and the concerned Sales Representative, Other departments and the Customer is informed.
Prepare Sales Data and help the Sales Team in Sales Analysis.
Develop and maintain Filing systems so as to ensure proper documentation.
Helping the Sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales representatives have high quality up to date material.
Handling urgent calls ,E mails and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable ,answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery of reports and scheduling marketing events.
Assist the Sales Manager in better team management by proper follow up with the Team and also help in Scheduling Review meets, Training and other events.
Accordingly help the Sales Manager in Data preparation and Data management.
