Job responsibilities include:
- Taking care of and connecting with guests, from first introduction to final departure
- Preparing/serving breakfast
- Taking reservations
- Preparing rooms for incoming guests
- Inspecting rooms for cleanliness before and after a guest
- Maintaining positive guest relationships
- Communicating with guests using such channels as text message, email, and over the phone
- Meeting team sales goals
- Any other responsibilities as requested by management
