Here at StayBC Ltd we are delighted to be recruiting for the role of Investor Relations Manager. This is a progressive and varied role looking after our investors that have both Hotels, Bars and properties with us and delivering on customer service excellence. Our Investors are an essential part to our business, where sustained communication is required to not only improve our current customer service experience, but ensure the Investor feels supported, guided but most of all valued within StayBC Ltd.
So what will the role involve?
- The Investor Relations Manager will be continuously reaching out to our Investors based in different areas of the world, via email, Teams/Zoom & phone. This could include but is not limited to:
- checking-in, ensuring the Investors properties are profitable and ensuring a rounded service when dealing with issues or complaints
- Delivering on project outcomes, complaint outcomes or positive feedback received
- Reviewing Sales and Revenue streams, determining what is working and what is not with the support of our Sales and Marketing Manager
- This role will be varied, where communication will be a significant part of the role and managing different and varied clients that are working on current and future projects with StayBC
- Liaising with different departments within the business, on a regular basis ensuring any feedback is adequately communicated or issues resolved in a timely manner
- Working with key stakeholders in the business, generating client survey data and ensuring we are taking actions to resolve reoccurring or avoidable failures.
- Working heavily with the management team to ensure Investors, Landlords and third parties, feel supported and communicated to regularly.
- Building excellent working and professional relationships, with the ability to cross manage, train with very good attention to detail.
- Analytical with statistical data, ensuring any sales or revenue trends are reviewed per property and communicated effectively to the Investor, where any concerns raised are resolved promptly.
- A team player, ensuring that feedback is adequately and constructively communicated within a team mentality, rather than a departmental approach.

This is a brand new role for StayBC and a brand new department to really push our customer service agenda within Group StayBC Ltd.
We are looking for someone with the following person specification:
- Excellent communicator, ability to talk with varied people no matter the level
- Excellent and significant attention to detail skills, making sure every detail is resolved for the Investor
- Sales and Revenue experience desirable, to cross reference Revenue streams with the Investor and understand what is working and what is not
- Team Player, always striving to improve working relationships
- Constructive and Measured in their approach
- Customer Service Background Essential
- Office 365 experience
