Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our surgical team. The CST will work under the supervision of surgeons and registered nurses to ensure a smooth and efficient surgical procedure. This role requires expertise in sterile techniques, surgical instruments, and patient care during the perioperative phase.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the operating room by ensuring all surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment are sterile and ready for use.
• Assist the surgical team during procedures by passing instruments, sutures, and other necessary materials.
• Maintain a sterile field and ensure proper sterilization of instruments and equipment.
• Assist with patient positioning and draping to maintain safety and comfort.
• Monitor the patient's vital signs and assist with documenting the procedure.
• Clean and disinfect the operating room after surgery.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal care.

Qualifications:

• Current CST certification from an accredited program.
• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, sterile techniques, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to remain focused in high-pressure situations.
