Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Psychiatric Unit. The RN will provide high-quality care to patients with mental health conditions, including those experiencing acute psychiatric crises. This role requires expertise in mental health nursing, crisis intervention, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients' mental health, physical well-being, and response to treatment.
• Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and compliance.
• Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Monitor and respond to behavioral changes, utilizing de-escalation techniques as necessary.
• Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment by managing patient behavior and preventing harm.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective treatment.
• Document patient progress, interventions, and treatment plans accurately.
