Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our physician’s office team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting, ensuring optimal health outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments, including vital signs, medical histories, and physical examinations.
• Administer medications and vaccines as prescribed by the physician.
• Assist with minor medical procedures and treatments, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
• Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Provide wound care, including dressing changes and post-operative care.
• Coordinate patient referrals to specialists and assist with scheduling tests and procedures.
• Ensure infection control and maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
