We are currently looking for a Project Manager to bring their energy, organization and expertise to bear on revolutionizing the future of our next generation gaming devices. You'll be a critical member of a multi-disciplinary team contributing to our efforts making robust experiences possible. To be successful, you will be eliminating barriers to your team's success, clearly communicating results to all stakeholders and ensuring the big picture stays in focus while delving into the details on specific issues. Ideal team members are collaborative, adaptable and resilient, eager to attack unfamiliar problems with curiosity and tenacity, and able to use a light touch to find ways to help the team be more efficient.

Responsibilities

• Manage collaborative projects with external vendors and internal partners.
• Identify and communicate program requirements, scope, constraints, dependencies, and risks.
• Develop and manage program schedule, milestones and communication strategies for both internal and external partners.
• Contract review and change order development and execution
• Coordinate communication between internal and external teams, including vendors and partners. Ensure that the information your team needs is complete, current, accurate, and accessible.
• Establish best practices and refine processes for better communication and positive outcomes, anticipate risk factors and mitigate through planning and strategy.
• Cross-disciplinary communication of hardware, mechanical, software and electrical system requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical, electrical or software engineering, or similar field.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Communication and presentation experience through all levels of the organization, technical and non-technical.
• Self-starter with proven analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience creating clarity within complex and ambiguous situations in a highly technical setting.
• Interpersonal skills with experience motivating, influencing, and resolving conflicts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with a cross-disciplinary team including both software and hardware engineers.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in new material and process development.
• Track record of leading technology development from concept to products.
