Key Responsibilities:

Represent partner brands professionally within retail locations

Engage with customers face to face to promote products and offers

Deliver clear and accurate product information

Create a positive in-store customer experience

Build rapport with customers and respond to enquiries confidently

Support in-store promotional activities and campaigns

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily targets

Ideal Candidate:

Confident communicating with customers in person

Friendly, approachable, and professional manner

Strong verbal communication skills

Reliable and punctual

Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment

Willingness to learn and take feedback on board

Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
