Position Overview
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across internal systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
This is a full-time remote position based in the United States, offering stability, structured workflows, and long-term growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
• Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company systems
• Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and completeness
• Organize and manage digital records and documentation
• Perform routine data audits to ensure accuracy and quality
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Meet daily and weekly productivity targets
• Support administrative and operational data-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
• Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role preferred
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data systems
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote workspace
• High school diploma required; additional education is a plus

Compensation
Hourly Pay: $24.00 – $32.00 per hour
