Marketing Manager - Tower Conquest at SuperGaming

At SuperGaming, we build real-time multiplayer games like MaskGun, Ninja Fun Race, Road Riot, Tower Conquest and Devil Amongst Us, which have over 150 million downloads across the globe.

Tower Conquest is one of our most well designed games with the best retention numbers we have for any game. We are now looking to scale up the game by getting a marketing manager onboard. 

We are looking for someone who can come in put together the marketing strategy for it, both on the buzz marketing and performance marketing side of things, execute it with a team, and report on key numbers.

Responsibilities:

• Define marketing strategy for how to scale Tower Conquest to a multi-million dollar game
• Manage performance marketing and buzz marketing with influencers, social, YouTube etc
• Manage existing team and hire for roles required
• Define and track key metrics, and report them to the entire team

Experience & Skills Required:

• 4+ years of experience in marketing a consumer Internet product (bonus points if some of that is in gaming)
• You enjoy playing casual games
• Experience with both performance and buzz marketing
• At least 2 years of experience in managing marketing teams
• Good taste
