At SuperGaming, we are building India's gaming revolution. We build games like MaskGun (90M users), Silly Royale (20M users), SuperPlatform (live ops engine on which PAC-MAN is built) and are also building an Indo-futuristic battle royale called Indus (10M pre-registrations).
We are starting our player support team for Indus Battle Royale team. And we are looking for people passionate about gaming and solving player issues to be the starting members of this team. The role is based out of our Pune studio.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve user issues with effective and clear communication over email.
- Troubleshoot issues reported by players working with the product and engineering team as required.
- Summarize issues and feedback from the players and be their voice to the entire team.
- Escalate issues as required to the right team members.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Must be an avid player of Battle Royale/Shooting Games on mobile.
- Great written communication skills
- Should take genuine delight in solving user issues
