We build multiple games, right from our flagship game MaskGun which has over 50M installs globally to our newest and fastest-growing game ever, Devil Amongst Us, which has 5M installs in 2 months.
To build and grow these games, we need to curate a team of the best gaming talent India has. And to do that, we are looking for a recruiter.
As a recruiter, you will be hiring for a wide variety of roles (game developers, server-side engineers, game designers, artists, brand marketing, product managers etc). Quality is more important than quantity in gaming. And you would be building a team where everyone is fun to work with.
- Manage the entire recruiting process delivering a great candidate experience for a wide variety of roles
- Understand the different roles in enough detail so you are able to pitch candidates specifically rather than a generic pitch
- Brainstorm with hiring managers to assemble powerful sourcing strategies for each role, and get creative for hard-to-fill roles
- Develop good hiring processes and drive their adoption internally - even for candidates we reject, ensure we get back to them with detailed feedback if they have spent enough time with us
- Build a good employer brand
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in gaming/tech startups
- Great people and communication skills
- Experience with ATS systems
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity
- Strong attention to detail
