Job Summary
Suzie Koide Real Estate is seeking an experienced and highly organized Transaction Coordinator to manage real estate transaction processes from contract to closing. This role ensures all documentation, timelines, and communication are handled accurately and efficiently.
This is a fully remote position with no on-site work required, ideal for detail-oriented professionals with experience in real estate operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate real estate transactions from contract to closing
• Track deadlines and ensure compliance with timelines
• Review and manage transaction documents for accuracy
• Communicate with agents, clients, and third parties
• Maintain transaction records and update internal systems
• Resolve issues that may delay closing processes
Requirements
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Strong computer skills (email, spreadsheets, document systems)
• Prior experience in real estate transactions is strongly preferred
Preferred Skills
• Experience as a Transaction Coordinator or similar real estate role
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and closing processes
• CRM and transaction management software experience
• Previous remote work experience
