Job Title: Travel Affiliate
A Swords Travel Affiliate works independently, using their own branding and client portfolio, without receiving sales leads from the company. In contrast, an Associate receives some leads from Swords Travel, works under the company's brand, and follows its standards while having the opportunity to increase their commission based on performance.
Location: Remote (with option to use office in Wimbledon Village)

Role Overview:
As a Travel Affiliate at Swords Travel, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients, working independently under your own company branding. You will have the freedom to cultivate and grow your own client base while upholding the high standards of service that Swords Travel is renowned for. This is a commission-based, self-employed role where you can earn based on the business you generate and maintain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow your own portfolio of clients in the luxury travel sector.
- Provide exceptional travel consultancy and bespoke services to clients.
- Deliver tailored travel experiences, from luxury holidays to exclusive getaways, ensuring each trip exceeds client expectations.
- Work independently under your own company branding, while adhering to Swords Travel’s standards of excellence.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, destinations, and luxury products to offer your clients the best options.
- Uphold the Swords Travel brand reputation through professionalism and outstanding service.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in luxury travel consultancy, with a strong knowledge of destinations, hotels, and travel products.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with the ability to manage your own client portfolio.
- A strong personal brand and the ability to operate under your own company branding.
- Ability to uphold the high standards of service that define Swords Travel.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.
