Job Title: Travel Associate
A Swords Travel Associate works under the company's brand, receiving some leads and support while adhering to its standards. They can build their own client base and increase commission based on performance. An Affiliate operates independently, using their own branding and client portfolio, and does not receive leads from Swords Travel.
Location: Remote (with optional use of office in Wimbledon Village)
Position Type: Self-Employed, Commission-Based (Full-Time Commitment)
Reports To: General Manager (for training and support)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage travel bookings for both client-provided leads and your own clients, covering flights, accommodation, car rentals, tours, and more.
- Provide tailored travel itineraries, expert advice on destinations, and exclusive offers to meet the needs of your clients.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with your client base to foster repeat business and generate referrals.
- Ensure all payments are processed, itineraries provided, and clients receive their travel documents and instructions promptly.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in the travel industry, new destinations, and premium products to offer your clients the best travel experiences.
- Work autonomously to meet personal sales targets while collaborating with the central team for lead generation and support.
- Uphold the high standards of Swords Travel, delivering excellent service and professionalism with every client interaction.
- Manage all aspects of the booking process to ensure timely and seamless client experiences.
Qualifications:
- Essential: Previous experience as a travel adviser, with proven knowledge of the luxury travel industry, including expertise in hotels, destinations, and travel products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle multiple clients efficiently.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and office software is advantageous.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on business growth.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- A commitment to upholding the reputation and standards of Swords Travel.
Compensation:
- Commission-based earnings, with significant potential for high income.
