Description of position
As a Service Manager, you will act as the link between the customer and Syncron’s Customer Success team. You’ll oversee the support delivery to the customer and ensure management of support issues and requests. As the primary point of contact regarding customer support related matters you’ll keep a close contact with the customer through regular meetings and status updates.
Responsibilities of position
The main responsibility as a Service Manager is to ensure the customer support delivery to the customer and the customer satisfaction. You will also manage all requests and information flows between the customer, the Syncron support team and senior management within Syncron.

The position is based at the Syncron US HQ in Atlanta, GA, reporting to the U.S. Manager of Customer Support.
The candidate will be expected to be able to travel occasionally.
