Position Overview
As an Inbound Call Center Representative in New York, you'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line for our customers. You'll handle incoming calls, resolve queries, and make sure every person who contacts us feels heard, helped, and happy.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Calls & Query Resolution
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally in a busy call center environment
- Listen carefully to customer queries and provide clear, accurate information
- Resolve issues efficiently and escalate where necessary
- Handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a consistently positive attitude
- Log call details and update customer records accurately after every interaction
Customer Service & Support
- Deliver a consistently outstanding experience on every single call
- Build rapport quickly and make customers feel genuinely valued
- Follow up on unresolved queries and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Work closely with your team to share knowledge and improve processes
General Administration
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions using our internal systems
- Meet daily and weekly call handling targets and quality benchmarks
- Attend team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative office culture
- Support colleagues during busy periods and peak call times
