Talent Retriever is a Professional Services organization that partners with some of the biggest industry innovators and leaders in the tech, healthcare, cybersecurity, and engineering spaces around the world.
At Talent Retriever, we are hired by our clients to be an extension of an existing team or be their own recruiting team. We recruit for specific roles on a retained, non-commission basis. We specialize in recruiting for full-time, permanent positions in tech (both IT and software development), sales, marketing, and general administrative talent.
What are we looking for?
We are looking to add an experienced and caring Recruiter to join our outstanding Part-Time Flex Team. This role would be ideal for someone with 4+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a flexible schedule. Our current workforce is in 30+ states across the country, working in their time zones.

- You possess the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment

Requirements
- Must have at least 4-6 years prior of recruiting experience
- Must have experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to source passive candidates
- Must have proven experience working the phones and other recruiting tools to generate candidates
- Must have experience sourcing and recruiting passive candidates
- Must have dedicated office space that is quiet and free from outside distractions, a high-speed internet connection, and means to attend meeting/trainings via phone/computer
