Requirements
Must have at least 5-6 years prior of recruiting experience
Must have experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to source passive candidates
Must have proven experience working the phones and other recruiting tools to generate candidates
Must have experience sourcing and recruiting passive candidates
Must have dedicated office space that is quiet and free from outside distractions, a high-speed internet connection, and means to attend meeting/trainings via phone/computer
