Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough medical evaluations and assessments of older adults, taking into consideration their unique medical history, lifestyle, and specific needs.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to address age-related health concerns, including chronic diseases, mental health issues, and mobility problems.
- Monitor and track patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide ongoing support and education to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses, therapists, and pharmacists, to coordinate comprehensive care for older adults.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest research and developments in geriatric medicine to continuously improve patient care.

Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Board certification in Geriatric Medicine.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of geriatric medicine.
- Excellent knowledge of age-related health conditions, their treatments, and management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with older adults and their families.
