We are working with schools across Aylesbury and the county of Buckinghamshire. Working as an SEND Teaching Assistant you will be Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with SEND, both inside and outside the classroom whilst assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering differentiated lessons to meet the individual needs of students. You will use your passion to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported, Implementing behaviour management strategies and techniques to promote positive behaviour and engagement. These roles can be anything from Day to day supply to long term positions leading to permanent.
Qualifications and Requirements:
-Previous experience working with children with special educational needs and disabilities preferred.
-Relevant qualifications in education, childcare, or special education (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools).
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
-Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with diverse learning needs.
-Ability to adapt to the individual needs and learning styles of students.
-A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
