Teaching Tomorrow, a reputable education agency in Bedfordshire is looking for dedicated and passionate Early Years Teaching Assistants to join their team.
We are working with a primary school on the outskirts of Bedford who are looking for a Level 3 Teaching assistant with early Years experience to join there team on a long term basis from after Easter or sooner if possible.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing engaging and age-appropriate activities to support children’s learning and development.
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
- Building strong relationships with children, parents, and nursery staff.
- Following nursery policies and safeguarding procedures to ensure children’s safety and well-being.
- Observing and recording children’s progress, and sharing insights with the nursery team.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education
- Strong and successful Nursery and early years teaching experience
- Comfortable covering lessons across the national UK curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students
