About the Role:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Fully Qualified Teachers to join our supply pool in Wellingborough and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for teachers who are looking for flexibility, variety, and the chance to gain experience across a range of schools and year groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with school policies and curriculum requirements
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and student needs
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Provide feedback to permanent staff on pupil progress where required
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Experience teaching in UK primary and/or secondary schools
- Strong classroom management skills
- Flexible, reliable, and professional approach
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
