Our partners in the UK are looking to strengthen their performance marketing agency with a Paid Social Executive who’s full of drive and determination.
The ideal candidate will develop, implement, track and manage paid social campaigns for a portfolio of clients within an agency environment. This opportunity provides excellent experience to a wide range of clients in the eCommerce space.

This role involves managing significant advertising budgets, optimising campaigns, and employing creative strategies to maximise e-commerce and sales performance across social media.
How you’ll contribute
- Develop and oversee social media advertising campaigns with budgets exceeding $20,000 per month, primarily focusing on platforms that drive e-commerce engagement.
- Work closely with the in-house creative team to test different ad creatives, analyse performance, and report on results to guide future creative decisions.
- Utilise platform-specific analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.
- Conduct extensive A/B testing on different ad formats, including images, videos, carousels, and stories, to determine which creatives perform best across different segments.
- Test various ad copies and messaging to see what resonates most with target audiences, using data-driven strategies to optimise engagement and conversion rates.
- Utilise insights from testing to refine visual and textual content, enhancing ad appeal and effectiveness.
- Continuously adjust budget distribution based on campaign performance.
- Refine targeting strategies to ensure ads are seen by the most relevant audiences.
- Use retargeting techniques to increase conversions among users who have shown interest.
- Explore and implement lookalike audiences to reach new customers similar to top-performing audiences.
- Ensure Facebook Pixel is properly installed on all relevant pages.
- Configure the Pixel to monitor specific conversions tailored to different campaign objectives, such as purchases or sign-ups.
- Leverage Pixel data to observe user behaviour like post-ad clicks, page views and time spent on the website. Use this data to identify high-engagement areas and potential drop-off points.
- Use Pixel data to craft precisely targeted ad audiences, focusing on retargeting non-converters and creating lookalike audiences to engage new prospects similar to top customers.
- Deploy dynamic ad strategies that present tailored product suggestions or messages based on a user’s past site interactions, enhancing personalisation and campaign relevance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years of work experience in social media advertising, ideally for e-commerce brands.
- Candidate must possess excellent quantitative analytical skills - be able to understand raw data and draw insightful conclusions.
- Extensive experience with social media advertising platforms, particularly Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
- Have a strong understanding of Meta Business Suite and Facebook Page Insights.
- Deep familiarity with a variety of ad formats offered by Facebook and Instagram, including video ads, carousel ads, story ads, and collection ads. Ability to leverage each format effectively based on campaign objectives and target audience behaviours.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Meta’s advertising policies and guidelines, with the ability to navigate and adapt to ongoing changes in platform rules and privacy regulations.
- Bonus: While not a primary focus, experience in lead generation ads is a bonus.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM BST
Friday - 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM BST
Base Salary: 170k - 220k (negotiable)
