Qualifications & Requirements:
Must Have:
• 1-3 years of work experience in the field of executing events such as Conference & any large format event
• Strong connect with local vendors
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and strong time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
The Role Includes:
• Planning and organising production schedules from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
• Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with Event Agencies & Vendors
• Overseeing production processes
• Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
• Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
• Assessing project and resource requirements & Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
• Coordinate all operations
• Lead promotional activities for the event
• Supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.)
• Approve all aspects before the day of the event
• Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
• Analyse the event’s success and prepare reports
