Qualifications & Requirements:
Must Have:
• Candidate must have minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 1+ year experience in managing social media. Knowledge of image and video editing skills are a plus.
• Understanding of the principles of Advertising, Brand Building, and Marketing.
• Knowledge of relevant tools for analytics.
• Good organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Ability to create, manage and coordinate content posting on social media.
• Skills to analyse, observe and monitoring trends across social media platforms and adapt it to the brand.
• A highly organized, confident self-starter with a professional demeanor and strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Organised, self-sufficient, hands-on DIY orientation, trustworthy and reliable.
• Thrives on multitasking.
• Proactive and goal oriented with strong willingness to learn and constantly improve.
• Excellent capacity to learn quickly, think on the fly and self-teach as required.

The Role Includes:
• Ensuring timely content posting across various social media handles and tracking.
• Staying updated on the latest updates and trends on social media.
• Creating the content calendar and regular reporting.
• Responsible for keeping the TEDxGateway Community engaged on social media
• You will need to correspond with the Marketing and Research & Curation team to help create the required content and engagement around the event and its speakers.
• Creating Ads and tracking them on various social media channels.
• Co-Ordinating with the concerned people to ensure that the required creatives/ videos are created on time.
• TEDxGateway Salons are smaller, informal gatherings to engage TEDx community in between TEDxGateway conference. You will need to assist in putting together and executing these Salons in addition to helping cover them on social media
• Team-work is an important part of the job role. You will need to collaborate effectively with other team members and/or lead a team of associates & coordinators.
