Role Accountabilities:
- Conducting research and devising effective outreach channels for experts and speakers that have been shortlisted.
- Assessing the experts and speakers need-gap analysis, devising an option and desire plan while matching timely demands.
- Build a cohesive short, medium and long term outreach strategy that encompasses speaker and expert acquisition and management
- Defining ideal speakers/experts, select market segments and isolate them to engage and convert using data-driven insights.
- Collaborating with the entire outreach team for skills, competencies & activities to ensure optimized results and cohesive outreach strategy.
- Creating a positive brand image and awareness about GPPL in the minds of the new prospective speakers and experts.
- Creating opportunity decks, outreach emails for pitch, queing up potential experts and speakers, facilitating assessments on approachability.
- Contacting potential speakers and experts via cold-calling, email to establish rapport and set up introduction meetings.
- Nurturing contacts with follow ups by phone, email, video and in person meetings towards finalisation and onboarding.
- Establishing and maintaining outreach touch points – including websites, emails, digital channels – to engage speakers & experts..
- Managing relationships with speakers & experts and monitoring the value derived from the partnerships for a win-win.
- Maintaining a repository to access, target and retarget speakers, experts, and influencers towards new events and opportunities.
- Maintaining a smooth induction and onboarding process for experts and speakers as per the criterias of the opportunity.
- Facilitating all processes and guidelines knowledge transfers to the speakers and experts depending on the nature of opportunity.
- Ensuring experts and speakers handbook guidelines & processes of the company are thoroughly adhered to by all.
- Logging all outreach attempts along with engagement history with each of the speakers and experts assigned.
- Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed and filed including the essential KYC, release forms, NDA etc.
- Provide proper oversight, analysis and train others in implementing parallel outreach streams for other communities and events.
- Create timely reports to show progress of achieving targets, the progress in the outreach funnel with different segments & category tags.
- Implement a Business Intelligence & MIS strategy that delivers accurate data that can be used for future decision making.
- Partnering with content & community teams to define unique offerings and value differentiators, creating outreach pitch strategy.
- Working closely with the research and content teams to ensure success and effectively maximize experts and speakers retention.
- Working hand in hand with the marketing teams to release names and introductions of speaker and expert before events.
- Understanding how to establish and maintain excellent relationships with C-level executives, speakers & experts of key target clients
- Ensuring impactful and efficient processes for improving predictable, repeatable, and scalable outreach and onboarding tasks.
- Participating and attending conferences, meetings, community gatherings and industry events that help procure new contacts..
- To engage with the speakers / experts / audience to receive and document trustworthy feedback.
- Ensuring everyone’s heard, resolving disputes and conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
- Attending to and understanding speakers and experts grievances in their process and facilitating improvements to address the same.
Minimum Entry Qualifications
- Graduation degree in Communication
- Relevant Certification in Human Sociology
- Proficient in Office Productivity Suites
- Proficient in English Language, Polyglot preferred.
- Experience in Outreach & Onboarding
Minimum Experience
- Experience of minimum 2 years in Outreach and/or Business Development or PR.
- Hands on experience with outreach and onboarding over 30 various speakers/experts
