We are seeking an outstanding, customer-facing Client Support Program Manager for our retained client, a top cyber security company that provides rapid, robust, and reliable security services including identity management, security monitoring, security testing and assessments, managed detection and response, incident response, talent development and executive support to be based in Austin, Texas (Round Rock).
Our client is the national leader in cybersecurity services. The Program Management team provides project-based services to clients, including security assessments and projects to improve the overall security profile of our clients.

--In this role, you will:
• Support programs that develop and deliver IT, security recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support programs pertaining to information technology and security governance, risk, and compliance.
• Inform and educate clients on technology matters and issues as it relates to security assessments performed by Assessors and Analysts.
• Serve as primary point of contact for services clients, tracking all elements of services delivered and tracking and reporting relevant metrics.
• Support development and understanding of the policies, procedures, and processes to manage and monitor the organization's regulatory, legal, risk, environmental, and operational requirements needed to inform the management of cybersecurity risk.
• Lead programs and teams to maintain compliance with various Risk Management Frameworks (NIST, CIS, etc).
• You will need to pass a Department of Public Safety background check for work with the State of Texas.
This role requires approximately 20% travel to client locations.

• You are proficient with MS Word and Excel
• You have five (5) years' experience in IT or CyberSecurity Program Management.
• You have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or equivalent related experience.
• You can travel locally and nationally.
