THE ROLE
--As a Managed Service Provider (MSP) IT Solutions Product Manager, you will deliver third-party solutions that solve the needs of our client organization in delivering solutions to their clients.
--This function includes market & product research, planning, market positioning, testing solutions, negotiating price, meeting with clients, and driving product revenue for the organization.
--You will take leadership of a wide range of IT products and systems, and will be the point person for planning, communication, and delivery of the solutions to our client's franchising system. This includes, but not limited to, the RMM, antivirus, email security, backup & recovery, Help Desk, ECD, SEIM, SOC, and NOC.
--You will be responsible for maintaining alliance partner relationships, working closely with the marketing departmentto promote solutions and deliver winning products to the system.
--Lastly, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, prioritizing products, and defining the product vision.
