We are seeking a motivated and professional Client Service Representative to serve as a key point of contact and help ensure a seamless, positive experience across all client interactions and events.
This is an entry-level opportunity with paid training, making it ideal for individuals looking to build experience in customer service, event coordination, public relations, and client relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client and attendee inquiries
- Provide timely, accurate, and professional communication regarding events and services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent support and engagement
- Assist event attendees with registration, event details, and general inquiries
- Deliver a welcoming, solution-focused customer experience at all touchpoints
- Address and resolve client or attendee concerns efficiently and professionally
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution
- Communicate event updates, changes, and important information clearly and promptly
- Support coordination between event operations, marketing, and client service teams
