We are currently hiring a motivated and career-driven individual for an Entry-Level Community Relations Manager position. This full-time role is ideal for candidates interested in building a career in community outreach, public relations, nonprofit marketing, event coordination, customer engagement, or brand promotions.
In this role, you will work closely with community members, nonprofit organizations, and event teams to help strengthen public awareness campaigns, support fundraising initiatives, and build positive relationships between clients and local communities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in communications, leadership development, and event marketing.
No previous experience is required. Paid training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and execution of community outreach campaigns and promotional events
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, donors, and community partners
- Represent clients professionally during live events, retail campaigns, and fundraising initiatives
- Support public relations and brand awareness efforts through face-to-face communication
- Coordinate event logistics, promotional materials, and campaign activities
- Help manage customer interactions and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop outreach strategies
- Track campaign performance and assist with reporting and event evaluations
