No prior experience is required—this is a fully entry-level opportunity with paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing professional development in customer service, communication, and fundraising.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in face-to-face customer service and community outreach
- Represent nonprofit organizations and clearly communicate their mission and impact
- Educate community members about active fundraising campaigns
- Answer questions in a professional, respectful, and approachable manner
- Encourage voluntary contributions to support nonprofit initiatives
- Maintain a positive, professional presence during all interactions
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and skill development workshops
- Accurately document outreach activity and follow organizational guidelines
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with people in face-to-face settings
