We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of live events, promotional campaigns, and client activations. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in event coordination, marketing, public relations, and customer engagement with no prior experience required.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of client events and promotional campaigns
- Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site operations
- Maintain clear communication with clients to understand goals, expectations, and event vision
- Provide real-time updates and assist in resolving client or event-related questions
- Coordinate event logistics including materials, staffing, and supplies
- Provide on-site support during events, including guest engagement and registration assistance
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth event execution
- Collect feedback from clients, attendees, and team members for continuous improvement
- Assist in preparing post-event reports and performance summaries
