Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the execution of public relations campaigns, community outreach initiatives, and promotional events
- Support communication strategies designed to increase brand awareness and donor engagement
- Build positive relationships with customers, event attendees, and community partners
- Conduct research on industry trends, local events, competitors, and target audiences
- Help coordinate event logistics, campaign materials, and promotional presentations
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop creative campaign ideas
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent clients professionally at events and outreach campaigns
- Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, reporting, and campaign tracking
