Chief Technology Officer / CTO / VP Engineering wanted by a growing HealthTech SaaS Start-up.
As Chief Technology Officer / CTO / VP Engineering you will be joining a small and dynamic HealthTech helping clinicians deliver better care. With established partnerships across the NHS and private health sector already in place, you’ll play a key part in empowering clinical decisions and more efficient care pathways.
You’ll be joining an early-stage start-up, with an immediate focus will on implementing processes and a culture of good practice as well as aligning the technology function with wider business goals. As Chief Technology Officer / CTO / VP Engineering you wiil:
- Work closely with C-Suite to develop and implement the technology roadmap
- Lead, develop and build the technology team
- Foster a collaborative culture, with work delivered on time
- Contribute as a member of the C-Suite to business decisions, identifying areas for potential growth
Ideally, you’ll be a Chief Technology Officer / CTO / VP Engineering with the following or similar experience:
- A CompSci or related degree, further study at masters level or beyond would be advantageous
- Demonstrable experience leading technology teams, with at least 3 years in a leadership role driving strategy
- Proven experience building SaaS web applications, with an emphasis on infosec/governance
- Strong leadership, with the ability to build efficient and motivated team
- Previous experience working in Healthtech or a regulated start-up would be beneficial
- Tech Stack: React Front End, .NET Backend, AWS
