The JAM has partnered with AI FinTech out of New York City who have some key hires to make. Firstly, we are looking for a Senior AI Engineer / AI engineer / ML Engineer to join the team.

The Senior AI Engineer / AI engineer / ML Engineer will:
- Be at the cutting edge of AI research and application, playing a crucial role in keeping us at the forefront of what's possible with LLMs.
- involve designing and building novel AI software systems and collaborating closely with our product team to develop new features.
- Your contributions will significantly impact user and developer experiences, leveraging advanced LLM techniques, human-computer interaction, and autonomous systems.
What we want to see in the Senior AI Engineer / AI Engineer / ML Engineer
- Experience with Python, vector databases, and Large Language Models.
- Demonstrated ability to build and rebuild production systems to deliver new product capabilities and handle increasing scale.
- Demonstrated ability to train, test, and optimize models, and then deploy them into production.
- A deep commitment to end-user experience, and pride in building products that go above and beyond customer needs.
- Ability to work on either frontend (React, NextJS) or backend aspects of the project, with some flexibility to move across the stack.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience at a leading AI Business and/or StartUp.
- Experience with PyTorch / Tensorflow.
