As a Sales Coordinator/Onboarding Manager, you will be tasked with bringing your “A Game” each and every day in order to help our newest clients through the onboarding process. Your key focus will be making sure that they are being provided with top-rate communication and a very high quality experience. This position requires an extremely organized individual that feels comfortable taking to clients through email, webinars, and in-person presentations. This is not an entry-level position.

Your Job
As a Sales Coordinator, you will join our onboarding team to help schedule and facilitate meetings with clients, keep our CRM organized, prepare and present sales presentations, and work with KDG’s team of experts to make sure questions are being answered in an efficient and timely manner. In this role, you will be responsible for documenting client requests and concerns, communicating regularly on progress, and seeing objectives through to completion. This role is perfect for a dynamic self-starter with strong organizational skills who has experience overseeing multiple objectives in a fast-paced environment.
