Job Responsibilities:
Gather, develop, coordinate, and maintain business requirements for various projects and/or systems from initial phase to final implementation, assuring requirements meet standards. Manages program, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation and assignments. Develops and manages user acceptance criteria. Assists in the development of project definitions, cost/benefit and risk analysis, work plans, progress reports, and presentations. Interacts with users, other portfolios, and vendors for full life cycle of project. Troubleshoots, coordinates, and maintains production systems/programs/applications. Produces scheduled and ad hoc reports as necessary. Monitors and summarizes progress of projects. Assists in maintenance and communication of project status reports and tracking. Provides user support and coordinates resolution of issues to include change management, root cause analysis, and appropriate escalation as needed. Develops use cases and functional specifications and coordinate the capture of process models and functional testing, ensuring system is functionally appropriate, technically sound, and well-integrated. Transitions product support to systems operations. Manages technology vendor relationships, including contract execution and scope definition. Manage and participate in testing activities, to refine and debug programs, and obtain required user acceptance documentation.
